From senior up, every team member owns a roster of clients end-to-end. No work passed down a chain, no hiding behind partner review for things you can solve.
Flat-fee mindset
We bill flat, so internally we think in scope and outcomes — not utilization rates and chargeable hours. It changes how you work.
Reasonable seasons
Tax season is hard. It’s not 80-hour-week-for-three-months hard. We scope the book to the team, not the team to a busy season.
Hybrid and remote-friendly
Houston-area folks hybrid 1–2 days/week in Richmond. Senior tax contractors fully remote. No mandatory office theater.
The basics, handled well.
